My name is Carla, I am 38 years old, married and a proud momma of a wee boy. I was born and grew up in Brasil but a search for adventure brought me to New Zealand in 2005.
I felt in love with the health and fitness lifestyle in 2007.
I love exercising but I wasn't getting the results I was hoping for which was to lose weight and be toned. .
I realized that my nutrition was poor, I thought that because I was going to the gym I could eat whatever I wanted but that was a BIG mistake! I would never see the results that I wanted if I didn't change my eating habits. I started searching for recipes of foods that I liked but healthier versions of them!I This sparked my interest and I decided to enroll in a Personal Training and Health Coach course
The Course gave me a in-depth knowledge of exercise and nutrition and since then I have been developing my own programs and healthy meals .
The changes I have seen and felt in myself and my clients have been phenomenal and made me want to share my knowledge with women everywhere!
I want women and mothers everywhere to see that you can be in great shape if you put in the effort, be consistent, and make health a priority in your life. I don’t want women to give up after having a baby thinking their body is ruined or will never be the same!
That's why I have decided to create "Carla Fit Life" to help you to achieve your dream body and live a healthier life.
